Stretching/Flexibility Class

Laurie started doing yoga seven years ago and quickly noticed changes in her flexibility and balance.  

" Yoga helps me let go of stress and be accepting of myself.  I've found yoga and in particular stretching to be a great compliment to the workouts we do at Mighty Mick's.  It's a time to really focus on breath which can help us through tough workouts and life's challenges.  We will stretch all muscle groups and finish with a few minutes of total relaxation. "

Winter Session

Our winter stretching class will begin January 27th and go 6 weeks until March 9th. We'll take President's Day off. Class meets every Monday at 7:05-8:00pm.


Laurie is a great instructor and I love her class! She is patient and helpful, and always makes sure we are doing all the movements properly. I am always re-energized after her class!

 The cost for 6 weeks is $25, however you can still do a drop in price of $5 if you know you can only attend a couple classes. The focus will be on stretching, increasing flexibility and mobility.  Our Spring session will be after spring break.
