Sometimes people are hesitant to begin working out in a group setting, so personal training can be a great way to start. One-on one attention can make a huge difference in moving you forward in achieving your fitness goals.

 I have a vast knowledge of fitness, accumulated over 35 years as a Physical Education and Health teacher in the Hilliard City Schools. During my career, I coached 9 different sports, serving specifically as strength and conditioning coach in several of those. I have also studied fitness and nutrition for more than 30 years, and worked as a personal trainer for 8 years, before opening Mighty Mick’s Gym. I've been a runner, weightlifter, and Ironman triathlete. Personal training is a great way to get started on the road to fitness. I am available during the daytime most days. Fees are individualized based on number of sessions per week, goals, and availability.
