Our workouts are known as “The System.” The System emphasizes repetitions over big weights to keep muscles strong. Every workout hits every area of the body – core, upper body, butts, and legs. Workouts use body weight often, so people can come every day if they desire, and don’t need days off in between workouts. We don’t have mirrors in our gym where people study themselves or pose. While we have people from ages 14-65 who are members, all of us are working to stay healthy and fit, and improve the quality of our lives. We believe that taking some individual time to be healthy can improve our relationships with our families and friends, and make us all more productive at work. While we all begin at different fitness levels, we are all doing our best to improve.
Becoming physically fit, or getting into better shape changes everything in your life. You’ll have more energy at work and at home, and a greater enthusiasm for everyday life. You’ll look better, feel better, and approach each day with greater confidence and a more positive attitude.
Many people want to begin working out in order to lose weight. You’ll find that’s highly likely at our gym. While we start all new people slowly, in very short time you are working hard. Our workouts are “high Intensity,” and your heart rate will go to a high level during each exercise, then you’ll have a short recovery time, and move to the next exercise which will send your heart rate high again. High intensity workouts help speed up metabolism permanently.
